This morning I learned about a meeting of the Kingston Mayoral candidates on Saturday September 24, and I would like to be included in that forum. As a member of the progressively oriented CleanSweepReformParty@yahoo.com, which I founded in Kingston last March 15, 2010, i offer a true progressive agenda for the City. All candidates hope to garner the ever-shrinking “middle class vote,” but I want to represent all segments of the city population, including those who reside here, but are not able to vote. Only with a united, community centered approach are we able to not only weather the coming economic storms, but to prosper as a city. My campaign office at 590 Broadway opens on September 28 with a news conference. ALL are invited(yes, refreshments will be served!)
i will be at tomorrows event, if only as an audience member. Just know that I am in it to win it, and not on empty promises or dubious name recognition, but on a heartfelt plan to be the best mayor Kingston has seen in a long time.
